My daughter just got her braces, and they made the entire experience fun, easy, and completely stress-free. Every team member we encountered was not only friendly but also extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions, explain every step of the process, and ensure my daughter was comfortable and confident. Between space maintainers and braces, Cosse and Silmon have been amazing! The office staff is very nice, always with a smile, and willing to assist in any way they can. The orthodontists are knowledgeable and explain things very well. We will definitely recommend Cosse and Silmon to others needing orthodontics.
I love how pleasant the visits to the orthodontist are. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The orthodontists are very patient and really help their patients feel calm and relaxed during their appointments making small talk and having a pleasant conversation with them. This office is truly a family-friendly environment. Never had any issues since I’ve been there. Highly recommend.
My 9 year old was terrified of having to go, but the staff and Dr are absolutely the best!! They took there time with her, and me, and explained everything!! We love going to visits now!! And can’t wait to see the future results!!
